ONLINE PRICING
We
believe all pricing to be accurate and up-to-date. However, we
reserve the
right to adjust printed prices (and will certainly notify
you in advance if this
becomes necessary) due to typographical
errors, omissions and/or substantial increases or decreases in
current gold prices.
PAYMENT
Payment
will be accepted in the form of VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express or personal check. Payment by check will delay your order
slightly
while the check clears.
SHIPPING
Your in
stock item will typically be shipped the same day or next day. If a
particular item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will
be notified and
every effort will be made to ship the item as quickly
as possible. Shipping will be provided by either FedEx or US Postal
Service. The cost will vary depending on
the method chosen. Each item
will be insured for the full purchase price.
RETURNS
Returns
must be made to Coastal Jewelers within 30 days of purchase. All
items must be in original condition and packaging, and be accompanied
by
the original sales receipt. Any items which are worn or damaged
will not be
accepted for return. Any item returned must have a return
authorization
number. Simply call 888.612.5969 to receive the number
for your item.
